Haneda Airport

From arrivals to your destination

Choose airport pickup or airport drop-off. Include your flight number, terminal, travel date, full hotel address, passengers and luggage.

For arrivals, meet your driver with a name sign at the confirmed arrivals meeting point. The exact location is shared for your terminal; do not assume a particular gate.

Keep in touch

Keep your booking confirmation and a reachable contact number. If immigration or baggage collection takes longer, or you cannot locate your driver, contact our team.

Free waiting starts at actual landing, not after baggage collection. Flight cancellations qualify for free cancellation; inform us promptly. For departures, agree a hotel pickup time that allows for traffic and airline check-in.
